As autumn arrives with sweet-scented osmanthus in bloom, the 2026 fall semester kicks off. WIE International has ushered in its largest group of international students to date. Overseas learners travel across continents to pursue their studies at Guangxi University of Foreign Languages. This wave of arrivals demonstrates the university’s strength in international education, as well as WIE International’s outstanding reputation and influence in China’s international student service sector.
To help new international students complete enrolment smoothly and ease their adaptation to a new country, WIE International attached great importance to this orientation campaign. President Ye Guanqun led the team on-site to coordinate all orientation work, while the Application Service Department stayed fully committed to frontline support. Working closely with faculty members from Guangxi University of Foreign Languages, the team delivered comprehensive reception and on-the-ground services. The one-week orientation required full-time presence from all staff. With clear roles and responsibilities, the team provided meticulous support to guarantee a seamless enrolment experience for international students.
Services included airport pick-up, campus tours, accommodation arrangement, student status registration, campus card and SIM card application, document sorting, and answers to daily-life questions. WIE International offered one-on-one assistance and end-to-end support throughout the enrolment process. New students often struggle with unfamiliar surroundings, complicated procedures and language barriers. Though the orientation work was repetitive and demanding, the team stuck to its core mission of dedicated service and reliability. Every student received patient guidance to resolve academic and daily challenges, helping them settle into campus life quickly.
At the end of orientation, Guangxi University of Foreign Languages held a grand opening ceremony exclusively for its 2026 international freshmen. The event was vibrant and lively. Students from around the world gathered in their traditional ethnic costumes, showcasing cultural diversity and youthful energy. This special ceremony marked the official start of their academic journey in China and let students feel the university’s care and the inclusive atmosphere of international education.
